Tar Heels in another large road test at Florida State

UNC gets another tough road challenge in women’s basketball tonight, when the No. 15 Tar Heels travel to their only regular-season meeting with No. 19 Florida State.

The Seminoles (18-4, 6-1) are currently in third place in the ACC standings, while the Tar Heels (19-3, 5-2) are fifth.

UNC leads the series 27-9 including a 12-4 mark in Tallahassee, but the Seminoles have beaten the Tar Heels twice straight.

UNC Is expected to play for the third straight game without senior forward Jessica Breland, who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery and should return for Monday night’s home game with Duke.
