Duke again tries to stay perfect in visit to Va. Tech

The only undefeated team in the women’s basketball Top 25, Duke will be heavily favored to stay perfect today when the Blue Devils visit Virginia Tech for a 2 p.m. contest.

Duke coach Joanne P. McCallie
Senior guard Jasmine Thomas, who leads the Blue Devils in scoring and assists, has come up big in the clutch every time the Blue Devils have needed her to in recent games.

Duke leads the series 15-2 and has won the last 13 meetings.

Following today’s contest, Duke’s next outing is a home game against Georgia Tech on Friday night.
