Jessica Breland’s double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds led the No. 10 Tar Heels to a 75-51 win over South Carolina, completing another happy trip to Myrtle Beach for UNC.

The Tar Heels improved to 11-0 with the win while the Gamecocks are 5-5 after a 31.7 percent shooting day.

Italee Lucas added 16 points for UNC, which turned the ball over 21 times but only four times after intermission.

Waltiea Rolle added a double-double off the bench with 14 points and 12 rebounds.

Marah Strickland was the only USC player in double figures with 18 points.

The Tar Heels will be idle until a Dec. 28 home game against the College of Charleston.
