Wolfpack Women get to be home favorites today in PC game

N.C. State will be favored to snap its two-game losing streak in women’s basketball Thursday when the Wolfpack hosts Presbyterian in a 4 p.m. game at Reynolds Coliseum.

It will be the Wolfpack’s first meeting with the Big South member Blue Hose, who are transitioning from NCAA Division II and will be eligible for Division I championship competition next season.

Senior guard Amber White leads the Wolfpack in both scoring and assists.

Following Thursday’s contest the team will hit the road for two contests, with the next home game on Dec. 28 at 1 p.m. against Fairfield.
