Duke hosts Albany tonight as coaching friends square off

Duke should have a little easier assignment when it takes the floor at Cameron Indoor Stadium tonight.

Fresh off a 61-58 win over No. 7 Texas A&M on Monday night, the No. 5 Blue Devils will host Albany’s Great Danes.

Albany coach Katie Abrahamson-Henderson was an assistant under Duke coach Joanne P. McCallie at Michigan State from 2000-02.

It will be the first meeting between the two teams.

Duke has won 36 straight December home games.
