NCCU back home to host High Point

N.C. Central will continue to look for the first win against a Division I team for first-year coach LeVelle Moton tonight.

The Eagles (2-14) will host Big South member High Point (8-6) at 7 p.m. at McLendon-McDougald Gym.

High Point, coached by Scott Cherry who played for Dean Smith's NCAA Champions at UNC in 1993, has won all three previous meetings including a 70-58 win at the Mills Center on Dec. 29.

NCCU has lost seven straight games, while High Point has won four straight.

C.J. Wilkerson (pictured) is the Eagles' leading scorer.

High Point leads series 3-0.
