State of the enviro book: Let's hope it's on recycled paper

The N.C. Department of Environment and Natural Resources  plans to release its annual state of the environment report as a coffee table book, reports the Associated Press, News & Observer and NBC17.com

Due in December, the report will be free to N.C. residents. It will discuss the agency's various environmental initiatives including how it has reduced waste.
