Outdoor tunes this weekend? Well...

Posted by on Thu, Sep 4, 2008 at 12:12 PM

As T.S. Hanna possibly spins our way, the big outdoor music events on the slate for this weekend are in question: According to Greg Behr, an organizer of Raleigh Wide Open's Cherry Bounce stage, RWO is still on. "As of right now, the schedule for Raleigh Wide Open is not changing one bit," Behr said this morning. But, if you're worried about missing Raleigh's festivities this weekend because of Hanna, perhaps check out the Shimmer Wall lighting at 8:45 p.m. tonight. Meanwhile, if the rain misses us and Raleigh doesn't suit your ears or tires, we highly recommend the farm show just outside of Chapel Hill, featuring Felt Battery and Matt Bauer. Hiss Golden Messenger has the deets. We'll let you know what we hear about Saturday's ZZ Bottoms show at Walnut Creek.
