During two sold-out shows at the Cat's Cradle, Chapel Hill-based folk group Mipso debuted their latest album, Old Time Reverie. The collection of songs signals a stylistic turn for the group, and their hometown crowd warmly received the new material. Kristin Andreassen opened on the first night and Josh Moore on the second, with each performing strong, brief sets to an attentive crowd.

Mipso will close out the year with a heavy touring schedule in support of Old Time Reverie. Watch video from the group's second night at the Cat's Cradle below, and catch up on our coverage of the band, including Spencer Griffith's review of Old Time Reverie and Allison Hussey's discussion with the group about some of their favorite music.

Mipso, "Momma"

Mipso, "4 Train"

Mipso, "Down in the Water"

Mipso, "Bad Penny"
