Kat Robichaud interviews Amanda Palmer, hopes to sail to Top 10 on The Voice

After having been saved from sure elimination by her coach CeeLo Green last week, Kat Robichaud came out fierce in last night’s Top 12 performance on The Voice with swinging with a version of AWOLNATION’s “Sail.” The strategy? Give the audience what they want. The result? Well, that’s to be determined, but the live performance was certainly one of the most dynamic of the night, with commanding vocals and crowd-surfing, to boot.

The Voice has plenty of cheese-ball nice guys and boney-cheeked gals who will sing a pretty song. But so far, they’ve only got one performer with “Kattitude.”



Voting runs until 11 a.m. today, with results live at 8 p.m. ET. Calm your nerves in the meantime by reading the follow-up to Amanda Palmer’s interview with Kat: Kat's interview with Amanda Palmer.

The Voice airs Mondays 8/7c and Tuesdays 9/8c on NBC.
