Atlanta native Yolanda Rabun is as versatile as they come. A corporate lawyer by day, Rabun starred in Howard L. Craft’s one-woman play, Nina Simone…What More Can I Say?, and has recently performed in jazz clubs from Washington to Los Angeles. For an evening of jazz standards and Carolina soul, bassist Thurman Woods, guitarist Kevin Wilson, pianist Joel Holloway and drummer Quentin Whidbee back her. —Sylvia Pfeiffenberger
