Re: “Global warming and the Outer Banks

" "Instead of just burying people with a lot of factual information, we wanted to give them a sense of emotional connectedness to these places so they understand what's at stake," says SACE Executive Director Stephen Smith. " Great idea. Ignore facts and promote a faulty agenda by inducing emotion. Bet you cannot guess how I feel about that. That is pathetic

Re: “Price nixes impeachment

Mike: "The average military grunt despises the average american" Seems someone is out of touch with the "average" American. It is also nice to here a member of the military called a "grunt." Mike: "The average american despises the average government official." Maybe they should vote. Mike: "Crimes must be addressed or the public will never regard this government as worthy of trust." Are you speaking philosophically? What is meant by this comment? Do you have an example of an actual crime?

Re: “Price nixes impeachment

good to hear some sense whoisthat. Price knows that there is no reason for impeachment and is simply playing to his moronic base while also trying to seem reasonable to moderates. I am not saying that doing this is a bad strategy. It is actually very smart. I just know that I would tell it like it is.

When is this suppose to be completed? I work in the BB&T building and think this is a great idea. It may not be perfect, but take a look at what is there now.

Re: “Student Action with Farmworkers advocates for N.C.'s migrants

If an illegal emigrant is here and has a job now it does not mean they are entitled to a job in the future. They already get free hospitalization, education, and can get an account at Bank of America. Lets not become a sanctuary city.
