Re: “A local AIDS nonprofit has payment problems with a former employee. How far do the problems go?

Dude, do you know what pro bono is?

From the Parker Poe website: "Outside of court, our attorneys assist on a pro bono basis with setting up and providing ongoing legal services to small nonprofit charitable organizations that cannot afford to hire a lawyer. In this pro bono capacity, we have represented the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Catawba Lands Conservancy, Habitat for Humanity, Alliance of Aids Services, Tammy Lynn Center, Uptown Men’s Shelter, Lupus Foundation, Wake Interact, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure among many other non-profit entities. Through the NC Bar Association’s NC LEAP program, we also help low income entrepreneurs who are trying to set up a business."
