After 5 years of legal permanent status most immigrants are qualified to apply for citizenship, but they must be able to read, write & speak English & pass a written exam on US history & government. This literary/civic project provides 35-40 hours of training on how to apply, speaking & writing English, & exam practice. Classes begin quarterly.
