The fact that she could not build the wedding barn without violating Orange County ordinances has not been mentioned. This is why she is seeking to bypass Orange County by claiming the state "farming exemption". But her primary job has involved wedding planning. The real problem is allowing a wedding planner to build a party barn as if she is a farmer. A total violation of the state farming exemption.
