A fleet of cretaceous creatures lumbers through a story told with impressively lifelike graphics, but this is a plot that leaves much to be desired. Walking With Dinosaurs is part educational documentary—with frames freezing every so often to introduce viewers to the prehistoric species that has just entered the story—but the dialogue quickly becomes bothersome. Jokes land flat, and while kids may appreciate the spectacle, grown viewers will surely find themselves wishing they'd seen Frozen instead.
