Action/Adventure, SciFi/Fantasy

Based on the best-selling series of young-adult novels by Richelle Mead, the paranormal romance film Vampire Academy stars Zoey Deutch as Rose Hathaway, a half-vampire, half-human "dhampir" who is training at St. Vladimir's Academy to fight evil vampires, who suck blood, and protect good vampires, who apparently receive blood donations. But Rose must escape from the Academy to protect her best friend, a princess, from various undead intrigues. Or something? Sounds like Hogwarts meets Twilight.
