Urinetown | UNC Campus: Paul Green Theatre | Stage | Indy Week
This is a past event.

When: July 19-21, 7:30 p.m. and Sun., July 22, 2 p.m. 2012
Price: $10-15

Students in the Playmakers Summer Youth Conservatory will get to show off the fruits of their hard work in a relevant social satire based on class divisions, socioeconomic upheaval and a subversion of musical theater archetypes. Also, piss. Yes, it's Urinetown, the off-Broadway favorite about a drought-starved land ravaged by the plague known as pay toilets. We wish you well, young avatars of Thespis, for should you do well with this, you will join the ranks of at least two people who went on to do Glee. —Zack Smith
