Drama

In the Dardenne brothers' (The Kid with a Bike) new film, Marion Cotillard is Sandra, whose fellow employees at a Belgian solar-power company vote to have her fired so they can receive bonuses. But Sandra is given a chance to keep her job by changing their minds over the weekend. She spends the titular amount of time knocking on doors all over the city and trying to get her coworkers on her side. The Dardennes find riveting drama in the mundane scenario, making sure Sandra's journey is rich with subtle detail.
