Re: “The Saga of Forest Hills Apartments Ended Last Week. Wake County‚Äôs Affordable Housing Struggle Continues.

Has Indy asked why Danny hasn't updated his web page to allow for casual discovery of who's helping him run people out of their homes?
If only there was a way back in time to see what that page said... hmmm... would Elam Hall & Steve Cashman be willing to share how they discussed with Danny the pro's and con's of the situation? (Dir. of Dev & Sr. Proj Man. respectively) Would James Kroop (CFO) & Cyndi Perry (Dir. of Ops) have selected a different path than investing only in their own fortunes instead of investing in the fortunes and future of the fine folk of Raleigh?
Why do I suspect none of them are willing to go on record defending this action?

Re: “Forest Hills Apartments Residents Speak, People in Power Respond.

Funny how Eller Capital misplaced their corporate staff page on their website. Oh, wait - here it is - https://web.archive.org/web/20170211072347…

Hope that helps.
