Transactors Improv: For Families

When: Sat., March 8, 6 p.m. 2014
Price: $6-$9
I'll be blunt: I have a pathological fear of improv theater, as the prospect of having to be funny in a spontaneous manner triggers a number of deeply unfortunate memories for me. Those people on stage can make you feel like you're in front of a firing squad. However, veteran troupe Transactors is both family-friendly and is advertised as "therapeutic," with material in this show geared toward families with children of an elementary to middle-school age level. —Zack Smith
