Re: “Cry of Love vocalist Kelly Holland died depressed, but not alone

I knew Kelly before his demons took over...this article, while true, was heartbreaking. He was such an integral part of the Raleigh music scene and was cared about by so many. While I understand the need to dig deep for the story, I also understand the need for those who loved him to have an article that focused more in his successes than failings. Yes he was a deeply troubled soul...but more importantly, he was a friend...a brother to his music family...and one of the greatest rock voices of all time. He may have created his own demise but he also filled so many people with beautiful memories and beautiful songs.
