Exist new technology which turns garbage into biomass and other raw materials. Biomass is then sold to electric power stations as subsitute for coal. It reduces dependence on coal and it reduces CO2 emissions. Biomass is classified as renewable source of energy.
Municipal Waste are today one of the major environmental problem. Average production of waste varies from 300kg to 1100kg per inhabitant each year.
Having a technology capable of processing 100% of the waste in a manner not harming to the environment gives unlimited possibilities of development because of the generally available material, which when collected gives revenue. Treated waste is fully transferable (biomass, secondary raw materials).
The current recycling waste technologies
(1) Storage - exhaustion and lack of new landfills, methane emissions, ban on landfill of organic fraction, harmful to the environment, rising transport costs
(2) Methods for waste incineration (incineration, pyrolysis, etc.), as combined with an element of combustion are connected with harm to the environment and problems of acceptance by the local community
(3) Sorting - low efficiency of 3% -7% of waste are recycled
(4) Composting - the need to secure a large surface area, while a significant burden on the environment (odor), as well as the expensive drying technology are not able in a comprehensive manner to solve the problem of solid, municipal waste

New technology dedicated for municipal waste As a result of the converting process we obtain the following materials (by weight):
30% - Biomass – fuels
6% - Textiles
10% - Plastics
35% - Pestle, stone, silica (a product for road construction) 
9% - Other materials (glass, metals, etc.)
10% - loss as a result of the technological process (water) * Values averaged
100% of the original input is processed on the above materials
Process is organic, does not result in emissions of any substance and is odorless

Is a question of whether U.S. law allows the incineration of biomass extracted from municipal waste? Does anyone know what is the answer?
