Regarding the upcoming Midlake show: you need to give their live performances a chance; they put everything into it, at least they did at Local 506 back in the winter. I don't think they deny having a band like Fleetwood Mac as an influence, but Midlake take those 70's influences and give 'em a nice modern slant...
