Re: “Activists Make Progress With City of Raleigh on Police Accountability

"Quite frankly, it is not appropriate for a law enforcement agency or individual law enforcement personnel to make decisions about which laws will be enforced and when...” So whose decision is it to 'crack down' on speeding on the beltline or seatbelt violations? Come on, law enforcement individuals and leaders make decisions like these everyday. I understand the police chief can't just come out and say, "Yeah, we are no longer going to enforce marijuana laws," but don't lie to us about "inappropriate" actions when these exact actions are carried out everyday.

Great job and thank you for the written consent to search and notification of rights achievements, PACT and RPD!
