Boy, the Roaring Twenties were such a great, innocent time except for all the racism, sexism and psychological devastation from World War I, weren't they? Relive the glory days with this musical adaptation of Joseph Moncure March's oft-banned poem about a decadent party full of sex, bathtub gin and shootings. It's the story that made William Burroughs want to become a writer, so drug dealers around the world must thank God for its existence. Note: This is the Andrew Lippa (Big Fish) Off-Broadway version of the musical, not the Michael John LaChiusa Broadway version that premiered the same year. Through March 23. —Zack Smith
