The Soul Psychedelique Orchestra

When: Fri., April 1, 8 p.m. 2016
Price: $10
Soul Psychedelique Orchestra prides itself on flawless execution of an era-spanning set list, which ranges from Duke Ellington to Lady Gaga. Led by North Carolina native Wade Durham and singer Johanna Boborg, the ensemble knows how to please a crowd. The group has earned gigs for such demanding hosts as Oprah Winfrey and T. Boone Pickens, so you’d best believe the goods will be delivered. Well, plenty of soul, at least—don’t count on much psychedelique. —David Klein
