The Emotions of Normal People

When: Fri., May 15, 7 p.m. 2015

DURHAM FRUIT COMPANY—Imagine a dance-theater piece set to Kraftwerk, the seminal German electronic band that is marking its 45th anniversary with a series of American concerts this year. Now place the actors, directors and designers of Little Green Pig Theatrical Concern in the picture. This work's been gestating before and after a Culture Mill residency last October. The full production, in which two families deal with secrecy and surveillance in the German society machine before the fall of the Berlin Wall, will run this December; "carousing and making merry" are slated to follow this free sneak peek. Just keep looking over your shoulder. 7 p.m., free, 305 S. Dillard St., Durham, —Byron Woods
