Telepathy: EME, Frank Kastle, Fugo, CALAPSE

When: Thu., Oct. 22, 9 p.m. 2015
Price: $5
$cript$, the eight-song EP of Raleigh emcee Frank Kastle, hardly made a peep when he dropped it this summer. Maybe he simply thought, as he raps, that “all the masses wanna hear me rap about is what I’m ashing out/or what I’m passing out.” It’d be nice to see his research, especially since weed rap started losing appeal around the time states started decriminalizing the herb. As far as what he’s passing out—definitely not too many CDs, or else we’d have caught his buzz by now. Eme, Fugo and Calapse join for this edition of Telepathy. —Eric Tullis
