What is the big deal about giving folks the choice to vote on this? The people of the state have a right to have their wishes heard. Why leave it up to a judge somewhere to make a call on this based on their opinion? If the people of this state want this in our constitution then they should be able to vote it in. If the people do not want it, they have the choice to vote to keep it out. You can't deny folks a chance to have their voice heard or their wishes known just because you do not like what they have to say. I am for this bill and hope that it passes. You may not and vote against it. In the end the most votes wins, just as it should. This is America after all, its kinda how we do things.
