Re: “Sweepstakes cafes: coming to your low-income neighborhood

The T&L cafe of Vaughen St in Burlington NC is the worst I have ever seen. Two and a half weeks ago I won $380 and I was so happy that I won and went to collect my money and they told me they would only give me $200 and that I would have to come back to get the rest of my money. I have went back 3 times and they tell me every time that they don't have it and to come back again. To me if you are going to run a bussiness like this you need to be able to pay the winners. They said it is a rule of there to only pay $200 out a day to one person I explained that no one told me and that I didn't get any paper work that said it and he said they should have given me one. It took the man 15mins to find the paper work. So to all the people in Burlington don't go to that sweepstakes place they are rude, mean and very disrespectful to everyone and they don't pay if you win.
