When: Tue., June 15, 7 p.m. 2010
Phone: 919-286-2700

Red Hat's T. Colin Dodd reads his essay "A Story for My Daughter" from the anthology What I Would Tell Her: 28 Devoted Dads on Bringing Up, Holding On To, and Letting Go of Their Daughter. The collection includes tales from 28 fathers who explore the complex, enigmatic bond they have with their daughters. Other contributors include Chris Bohjalian, Steve Almond and Robert Dugoni. With Father's Day coming up, this might be a good opportunity for girls to show their dads some love—and they have two chances, either his signing at the Regulator at 7 p.m. or at Chapel Hill's Flyleaf Books on June 17 at 7 p.m. —Zack Smith
