We Are One, directed by Asabi Howard, presents Survival Stories, a play about African American women surviving breast cancer. This performance was developed to accompany the efforts of Sisters Network, Inc., a breast cancer awareness organization for women of color. By collecting and retelling the experiences of women as they discover & navigate various aspects of carrying this disease, we utilize theater as a medium to encourage awareness in those who are disproportionately affected by it. Matinee dates: Oct 19 & 26, 3:30 pm
