Re: “How to Buy an Assault Rifle in North Carolina

What a bunch of bologna. You can not just go a gun shop and buy an "assault weapon". And machine guns have not been made for civilians for a long time. The ones that exist are highly documented and controlled federally. And can only be owned or in the possession of someone with a federal firearm 3 license. Some guns can be modified if you know what your doing and have the skills to. But get caught with one or even some parts to one will get you an instant 10 yrs in federal prison. Stop spreading misinformation to scare people. Assault is an action not an inanimate object. An AR-15 is not a weapon of war. psst....your agenda is showing.

Re: “Provenance of Craig Hicks' guns a mystery

What a buffoon, who cares where he legally purchased his "Arsenal" and how would that help anyway? I think your use of that term for a small collection is laughable and the mention of scopes, loaded magazines and gun accessories a feeble attempt to sensationalize. And of course the centerpiece of any anti gun rights piece the evil Black gun " Bushmaster AR-15 semiautomatic rifle with a fully loaded magazine" man that sounds scary don't it? Bushmaster ! Fully Loaded! Well sorry Mr. Tucker we don't buy into your type of B.S. We know the BATF can in fact learn where the legally bought guns came from, and scopes magazines and accessories are not controlled items or dangerous for that matter. What good is a fully unloaded magazine ? You should stick to stories you actually know something about so you come off looking so foolish.
