Re: “IBMA, Day Five: Ups, downs and workarounds

Please let him know he was missed. Thanks for thinking about us and trying to make it here. Hope to see him in Raleigh next year. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Re: “Hopscotch, Day Three: Tailgate or music festival?

Thanks Maria. I was basing it off your website, where I did not see any other tour dates listed past Saturday. My mistake.

Re: “Hopscotch, Night Two: Priests and St. (Vincent)

Somewhere as huge as PNC would only exacerbate my concerns. Parking and transportation to/from downtown would also be a huge waste of time for anyone wanting to attend club shows. Not sure if Red Hat is the solution, either; I'd personally be OK with the festival doing away with the big bills entirely but they'd have a tough time making money that way.

Re: “Solas "Shamrock City"

I thought this had been corrected, but Noriana Kennedy is the new lead singer of Solas as she replaced Niamh Varian-Barry last year.

Re: “The guide to the week's concerts

My apologies, definitely did not mean to slight A is Jump in any way. I did notice A is Jump on the Nighlight schedule yesterday, but the preview was written several days ago, so either A is Jump was not listed on the Nightlight schedule at the time or I accidently overlooked the name somehow. There was no intentionality behind it.

Re: “The guide to the week's concerts

Also, please note that the (tongue-in-cheek) statement in question originated from Dashawn, not myself, hence the quotation marks. We shared a laugh about it and moved on.
