Re: “A judge says people are acting like "idiots" and a melee erupts in Durham family court

The mother's interview makes no sense. If she was so worried about her son, then why did she act like a ratchet in courtroom? She clearly did not have his best interest in mind. The father responded accordingly with respect to the courts and Judge Hall. She even continued bashing the poor guy while being escorted out of the court??? Mother of the Year? No way! I agree w/ Sara. He should sue her for defamation. Black families have to learn how to resolve differences out of court. My wife and her family are black and they are VERY professional and respectable folks. My prayers go out to that guy and his kid...and that mom, too.

Re: “A judge says people are acting like "idiots" and a melee erupts in Durham family court

My sister worked w/ the mother. RiShawna is a decent mother but not such a good person. Her attitude is poor and She's not as innocent as you may think. She's been charged more than a few times for various aggressive behaviors. I practice law here in NC and I can tell you from experience without knowing the father that Judge Hill should've awarded custody that father. RiShawna spoke highly of him to everyone until this case began. I understand that she changed her address and phone number in attempts to elude the dad and he continued to send funds for the child. (Per court records) She even attempted to defame him and I pray that he sees this video and decides to file a defamation lawsuit. I'd be honored to represent him for absolutely NO FEE!!! She made claims that father didn't take care of his son financially but the courts found her to be unemployed and worked in inconsistently for years! Being married to her must've been tough. You shouldn't try to a person while living in an garbage can. She got what she deserved.
