Documentary, Horror

In this documentary, Rodney Ascher explores several complex theories about the meanings hidden beneath the surface of Stanley Kubrick's The Shining. A group of frighteningly obsessed students of the film aruge variously that the film contains coded messages about the Holocaust, the moon landing and the extermination of Native Americans. Subtract a star if you're "meh" on Kubrick and impatient with conspiracy theories. Hell, in that case, skip it altogether.
