It's about time someone made a movie of Shakespeare's timeless tale of star-crossed lovers. What's that you say? They already have? Who knew! This millionth version is a broadcast of a Broadway production, starring Condola Rashad and heartthrob Orlando Bloom, which should at least surpass the dismal 2013 film that jettisoned Shakespeare's dialogue—which of course you want to do when adapting one of the greatest writers in the English language. Still, when it comes to freshening up the Bard for the big screen, reigning champ Baz Luhrmann probably needn't worry.
