Re: “A judge says people are acting like "idiots" and a melee erupts in Durham family court

This is a shame of all shames. Regardless of who was right or wrong (mother or father), this was a provoking incident that originated with the judge. Who is this man that is supposed to judge the people using 60s deep south language. Durham County Jail is not a bed and breakfast! He sits in a seat that "supposedly sees no predujice. In this case his prejudice is not one sided but is in totality. He definantly did not put his personal feelings and or beliefs to the side and make a professional decision.
This man has been on the bench too long and has judged this case upon the circumstances of other cases similar. Poor shame on the people that placed him in such a position. Remember when voting time comes back around and for a lack of choice words , get his *ss of the bench! Look at how he provoked this young mother and made a judgment based on his feelings and not his investigation. UNPROFESSIONAL!
