RobbieR, That might be the most hilarious comment I've ever read - well it would be funny if it wasn't so sad that people might read what you said. I don't think I've ever heard as much praise for a new restaurant as Garland has had. And it is completely warranted -- "barely edible", HA - I don't even know what to say! So maybe your mad about something involving Kings? Which doesn't make any sense because Kings (and Neptunes) have electronic and bass music A LOT - Garland being open doesn't seem to have deterred that at all. The guy that books there seems to be more involved with that world than the rock world. Maybe you didn't get booked there or something? There is some misplaced aggression going on or something. Anyway, here's to Cheetie ! Also, it's not easy to find someone who doesn't think that Birds of Avalon are a great band.
