Re: “Jeanne Jolly, Josh Moore

Greatest singer in the history of the world. An unnaturally talented goddess with a seriously kick ass band.

Re: “Duke Energy Wants You to Pay for Its Coal Ash Mess

I got an idea! Duke can put a HUGE insurance policy on that asshole McCrory and then murder him for the money to clean up THEIR problem. Sounds fair and plausible by today's idiotic republican standards huh?

Re: “From the Mountain Goats to The Hot at Nights, Matt Douglas Might Be the Triangle's Busiest Musician

I'm not sure people realize how much talent is squished into the Hot @ Nights trio. All 3, Matt, Chris and Nick, are forces of nature with abnormal skills.

Re: “Evangelicals Overwhelmingly Support Trump. Not All of Them Support His Refugee Policies.

I will never understand how people who claim to be Christians could possibly think the republicans in general, and Rump in particular, share any aspect of life, especially religion. They are evil liars that care only for the billionaire class and the power they can achieve using their money.

Morality to them is a joke they force others to observe while they do whatever they want. Republicans are nobody's friend...unless you got tons of dark money.

Sarah is just plain fucking cool. Her music, her actions. Keep it up and play more Disarmers shows in Raleigh!

Re: “Will Lawmakers Bolster a Program That Sends Tax Dollars to Religious Schools?

Discrimination is the least of the problems with this insane program. Religion is absurd and except for History should be forbidden in schools. Giving our tax money to slipshod hoaxes disguised as schools really is at the bottom of human behavior. I can't even believe this is an idea let alone a reality in NC.

Re: “After the SolarBee Failure, Will the State Finally Clean Up Jordan Lake?

Until we vote out the so called conservatives in the state govt. we can expect nothing but more irrational and destructive behavior from the legislature and the Governor. If people voted in their own self interest we would never elect another conservative for any office at any level. Nobody wants what we get from them but they keep voting them in. Why is that? Governor MCCrory is not listening to the citizens on any issue except snow removal. Oh boy, that takes real courage and determination to do that...Under what delusions he and his minions operate is beyond reason and logic. He apparently thinks you will put up with anything and the record says he's right. The dirty water, the hate and prejudice, all of it is your fault voters.
