The publican and Democrat parties are beholden to corporate interests and their own lust for power. Bernie is being a bit sly, but when he talks about the need for a political revolution, he is serious and I am with him. There is zero chance that the Democratic Party will reform itself. We need a new Peoples Party or Democratic Socialist Party that will be dedicated to the true American ideals of freedom and democratic (small D) rule. I'm for Bernie, but we really need an ongoing sustained effort to take the country back from the uber wealthy ruling class and their toadies the Republican and Democrat parties. Think about it. In a democratic country, if the system is rigged, who should be doing the rigging? The moneyed few or the supermajority of just plain folks?
