I am highly offended by your recipe for Faisanjan. It uses several ingredients not available in Iran, and not traditionally used in faisanjan, such as tempeh and maple syrup. I'm sure your stew is delicious, but it is NOT faisanjan. Maybe you should call it something more Americanized, like Sage Restaurant's Vegan Faisanjan. P.S. Also, it's misspelled.
