Thanks for the fine post. I enjoyed the info on "Nine Lives To Rigel 5". I was fortunate enough to see Game Theory several times at Amherst College, via my friend Matt. It is clear that you are well schooled in all things number nine. I would only add (a tenth or an alternate) "Message From Nine To The Universe" by Jimi Hendrix. I don't know the history of the song title or even if Hendrix titled it or someone else did (though the vocals suggests that's really just a long jam version of "Message to Love"), but it is one of the better Alan Douglas releases in that he didn't do any of that tasteless overdubbing. The longer re-issued version (which clocks in at 18:49) from the expanded Nine to the Universe is really quite explosive.
