Re: “In pursuit of John McCormick

I live in one of the houses Mr. Mccormick owns in Efland and resent the talk about the poor conditions our homes are in. Not all of McCormick's properties are run down and if they are run down it is because the people in charge of collecting rent every month was not doing anything to the upkeep of these homes. Are these people not responsibile for his/her actions? What about the rent money paid out to them from July to November, the depoists paid to them before moving in and the late fees charged. We the renters are the innocent ones in all this and now we are live day to day wondering if and when we will have to move. 140,000 to buy the home some of us have lived in for years. What about rent to own? What about the rent money previously paid going towards the purchase of the home. McCormick did not just stick the rich he screwed us everyday working class people.
