Burning Coal Theatre Company's fourth annual Oakwood Cemetery performances are here again. Ian Finley, the company's director of education and resident playwright, has crafted an evening inspired by the history of the Raleigh people. This year's installment includes visits with the spirits of journalist Nell Battle Lewis, longtime N.C. Secretary of State Thad Eure (he served 53 years in that office) and judge Samuel Fox Mordecai. The shows take place in the historic Oakwood Cemetery, located near the state capitol. —Sarah Ewald
