My only problem is that you are shaming a church for following the Bible. It is clearly written that women are not to be pastors/elders. Your problem is not with that church, but with Bible. Now as for non-pastor teaching roles, etc, I could see a point of contention with the church. I do think there are some issues by the re-masculinization movement. I think it creates this false image of femininity in order to bolster what they push as masculine. So I see some of your points.
