Re: “A judge says people are acting like "idiots" and a melee erupts in Durham family court

In response to the post below...Judge Hill unethically and illegally reversed Judge Fosters Order that DID NOT ALLOW father to have contact with child protect the child from further abuse and trauma--we finally were protected and had a long break from the torment.....And he calls someone else an idiot? Forgive the typo

Re: “A judge says people are acting like "idiots" and a melee erupts in Durham family court

This Judge is not about "what is in the best interests for the child"....I have direct evidence of illegal and unethical wrongdoing of this particular Judge. Your right Jim Hill and I'm quoting your words..."Actions do have consequences"....He gave my child over to the abusive father even though 10 witnesses from the YMCA , neighbors and police officers came to testify about current assault on child and previous police reports of abuse and neglect. He refused to let witnesses testify and reversed Judge Fosters decision that DID NOT ALLOW child to have any contact with child nor Mother after defendant had violated a protection order 3 times and assaulted child . Who's the real idiot? That action was illegal Mr. Hill and unethical- same level Judge cannot reverse Orders but you think you're above the law. His lack of vocabulary demonstrates his lack of intellect. Kudos to the ones on this site that noticed the obvious. The Judicial Standards Commission is getting ready to dole out his justice and informed me of other remedies that should examined, but that doesn't fix the scar above my child's eye out replace his teeth that are missing due to trauma and neglect....Judge Hill need to relinquish your are an embarrassment to Durham, and to the safety of children.
