Re: “Judges uphold Reeves' conviction

Concerned Father, I'm curious where you got from the Constitution that a person is entitled to a second trial by jury for an appeal. The wording seems fairly straight forward that you only get one where the jury determines matters of fact while appeals are almost always decided on the basis of law. Most appeals are handled by a judge or panel of judges.
