Crowder's plan sounds interesting, but it seems to jump all over the place. He needs to provide a map with recommended stops. An alternative to light rail is better bus service, with some express trips as well as others with multiple stops. Additionally, the transportation services must allow commuters to take their beverages with them if they have cups that are covered so they won't spill.
